What God has prepared for man, on the other hand, are the blessings and promises due to man when he is made pure, which God prepared for him after creating the world. Those blessings and promises are not tainted by man's imagination and conceptions, or his choice or flesh. One stage of the work of the two previous ages took place in Israel; another took place in Judea. Generally speaking, neither stage of this work left Israel; they were the stages of work carried out among the initial chosen people.
