Clouds encircle the mountains,
unwilling to leave.
Your love pulls on our heartstrings,
affecting thousands and thousands
of fervent hearts,
bringing us closer to You.
O God, You have gained all the glory
and returned to Mount Zion.
Your words stay with us,
working within us.
Your words issue forth,
heaven and earth
undergo a great change,
the dead come back to life.
You purify and perfect Your people.
In Christ's kingdom,
Your words take power,
and the lives of the saints
utterly change.
The new life has begun.
The new morning has come.
